Prayer Labyrinth

A prayer labyrinth is one of the oldest prayer tools known. They've been used for hundreds of years to encourage prayer and spiritual growth. Many old cathedrals still have these prayer paths embedded into their floors. The labyrinth symbolizes our lives, with many twists and turns, beginning at birth and ending at death and eternal life. It is God's grace that successfully guides us through the labyrinth of our lives. Modern prayer labyrinths, like the one we will be constructing (August 15), consist of different stations that involve interactive prayer and physical elements that act as symbols of reality.

Our labyrinth is meant to be an interactive, inspirational, and even a fun way to spend time in prayer. You can walk it on your own, or coach your family through the stations. We will have a printed guide that will take you through our prayer labyrinth station by station.

Our labyrinth will begin on August 15. It will be set up at 1700 W River Road, also known as Harvest Fields, in Niles, MI.

Stay tuned for more details about the prayer labyrinth. We'll have the printed guide available in advance for download right from this page.
